Animated Blitzwing – Arm \ Wing Mod – Part 7

Step 6: Re-attach and Rotate!

What, you wanted instructions for this step?

Reverse Step 1. Pose Blitzwing Awesomely.

.

“At long last! I can do za Macarena!”

.

.

“Vat? *sigh* Zis IHZ my action pose…”

.

.

“Hand ovah za Allspahk, or I tear za little girlie-bot to pieces!”

.

.

“You missed! Hahahahahahaha!”

.

Okay, so that last picture was before the mod. I put it on here so you could see the plastic ridges still there on his exposed left wing/shoulder thingie, and because I really like that picture.

(For those not in the know, Headmaster pwns takes over Transformers by replacing their heads with his control unit. The results are PWNAGE! TOTAL PWNAGE! often amusing.)

.

I hope you all liked it, and if you’re a Blitzwing owner I very much recommend you do the mod.

If this helped you, or made you laugh, let me know.

  1. Awesome! I just did this to my Blitzwing figure, following along with your instructions. It’s my very first mod. Now my Blitzwing is even more awesome than before. He is currently demonstrating the 1st ballet position to Grimlock.

  2. If you find him knocked over one day, blame Grimlock. I’m not so sure he’d be into ballet. :)

And these guides are all written to be very approachable by new modders, so it’s good to know it worked out for you. If you have a spare Octane sitting around, try the cannon mod too.

  3. Sadly, I only collect TFA figures and Fire/Rescue vehicles. (I’m a volunteer FF, looking to go pro when I get my Paramedic cert.)

  4. You don’t need to collect Octane, just chop his legs off and sell him for parts.

Hope that firefighter gig works out for you. Saving people is always a worthy profession.

  5. Man, you are a greatkibasher!

How didn’t I see your blog before?

I’m moddin my Ironhide right now!

    Thanks!

  6. Thanks. :) I just try to improve figures, and show people how they can fix them too.

If you like the blog, tell your friends.

  7. i looked at my blitzwing after reading this an noticed mine actually already does this without having to mod the wings

  8. That’s odd. Are your wings attached all the way?

As in, unless they did some drastic remolding for a later release, the only way I could see doing this without modding it would be to nearly unpeg the wings, which isn’t good for that connector.
