Captain’s Log, November 3rd, 2009.
Finished Chapter One tonight.
On to chapter two.
For those who haven’t read the comments, some details of the book are that it it is about chainsaws, lovecraftian eldritch horrors, through the looking glass and wonderland, the extinction and rebirth of all evil in the known multiverse, time and dimensionally displaced travelers, pandas, and a beautiful psychic woman who may also be a cow.
All of that is true. There is more, but I don’t want to ruin your surprise.
Short chapters make for easy reading. I am having fun, but too tired at the moment to truly type a pirate’s prose on the entry here today.

And by red herring, I mean that she’s definitely psychic and she may in fact be a cow, but she might not. It’s just a true statement that she might or might not be a cow.
