Action Pose – Ghost Rider

A few years ago I posted about how Ghost Rider is one of the few Marvel Legends that I’ve kept.

Because he’s badass.

Not only is Ghost Rider still on my shelf, but my skills have improved. So here’s another picture to properly convey appropriate levels of badassary.

"Biscuits and gravy, of course."

This is probably one of my favorite action pose pics that I’ve done. Most of the toys on my shelves are of the transforming tiny plastic giant robot variety, but I’m a big fan of this design for Ghost Rider. I like the skeletal build, the creepy weathering, and the haunting eyes that are just yellow dots at the bottom of hollow sockets. The articulation is top notch too, and that bike is gritty and cool.

If you can call a flaming mount of hellfire and vengeance ‘cool’.

So, dear reader, do you have anything in your collection that bucks the trend of your preferred shelf standers? What do you want to eat for breakfast?

Leave me a comment and let me know! And don’t forget, you can stare this post with the innocent using the penance below!

  1. I bought something out of the ordinary for me the other day. Darth Malgus, from SW: The Old Republic, part of the 3 3/4″ Black Series of action figures. It was the first time I’ve gotten a Star Wars figre in a few years. And while the 6″ SW figures are way more awesome than I expected, the 3 3/4″ ones are pretty limited in articulation.

In all fairness, it’s on par with SW figures from years past, but with how far the Marvel Universe and G.I. Joe figures have come, I was hoping for somethng more.

Also, for breakfast, EVERYTHING PANCAKES. Pancakes with eggs, bacon, sausage, peppers, etc. inside them.

  2. EVERYTHING PANCAKES sound awesome. o_o

And Heli, I had that Ghost Rider variant and the face looked really cool. It was one of those that I didn’t take out of the package and then sold for spacebucks on ebay years later. :)
