Regular readers and those who’ve happened to buy an SE FE Bulkhead already know that the second edition of that particular First Edition voyager usually has stress marks on one or both arms, causing anything from just stress marks to the arms falling off when rotated to the swivel peg cracking.
When I contacted BBTS about getting a refund, here’s the image I used.
I posted before about how the SE FE voyager Optimus Prime is missing paint compared to the first edition of the first edition, and I mentioned that the SE FE voyager Bulkhead was a bit more complicated.
While the lack of paint on Optimus is something I can overlook, Bulkhead had a problem that’s not aesthetic, but functional, and from what I’ve seen is widespread to the point all of them seem to be affected to varying degrees.
In Transformers Prime, Bulkhead may be the friendly bruiser, but he’s got a rough past that can weigh heavily on him.
Back on Cybertron he was part of an action team that got called in for the really tight spots, going commando when things got too hot for the other Autobots.
That’s right, Bulkhead was a stripper.
